This article on Vox by Dr. Alan Noble articulates well the frustration I’ve felt in evangelical leaders during this election season. He exposes the hypocrisy in their support of Trump, including pulling quotes from people like Dr. James Dobson that clearly illustrate the flip-flop that has taken place when the leader they want is the one lacking character.
Noble calls for a return to the belief that character matters.
